This is a family-friendly event open to all ages. Whether you walk one mile or all four, your presence matters.
Why We Walk
Childhood cancer remains the leading disease-related cause of death among children, yet it receives only a small fraction of federal research funding.
But this walk is about more than statistics.
It’s about the children.
The families.
The long days, the unknowns, and the courage it takes to keep going.

Every step we take together brings hope to children and families facing childhood cancer.
The Just Imagine® Childhood Cancer Walk is a community-powered event supporting the mission of Book for Hope®—to bring encouragement, resources, and moments of light to children navigating cancer and the families who walk beside them.
Each year, families, friends, teams, and supporters gather to walk not only in awareness—but in solidarity, in remembrance, and in hope.
Become a Walker
Participants can walk individually or as part of a team, either in person or virtually.
How to Register
Option 1: Walk as an Individual
Click “Register as a Single Walker” to sign up.
Option 2: Join or Create a Team
If you’d like to be part of a team:
1. Click “Create or Join a Team” to set up or find your team
2. Then return and click “Register as a Single Walker”
During registration, select your team name to complete your sign-up.
Each walker is encouraged to raise $100 to support the mission of Book for Hope®.
Each participant must complete their own individual registration to be included in the walk.
